Additional charges may apply for any changes requested after the initial design has been approved.
3. Design Ownership
All design concepts, drawings, and plans remain the intellectual property of Capital Interior Concept until full payment is received.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the specified project only.
4. Project Timelines
Timelines for completion of the project will be provided at the outset and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delays caused by the client, such as late decisions or payments, may impact the project timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the project.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the premises are accessible for the design team during scheduled appointments.
6. Confidentiality
Both Capital Interior and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation and mediation before pursuing legal action.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if there is a breach of contract or if circumstances arise that prevent the successful completion of the project.
9. Liability
Capital Interior Concept Ltd., is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the client's failure to follow recommendations or instructions provided by the design team.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Capital Interior Concept Ltd., is based.
